Our client is a £500m turnover fast growing food distribution business with a significant change agenda.
The role carries responsibility for significant cultural and process change whilst improving EBITDA.
· Significant multi site operations experience preferably gained within a temperature controlled, food network.
· Experience of managing significant customer accounts
· Natural leader who engenders a total team environment whilst developing shared goals
The ideal candidate will be a high quality logistics professional with a detailed and extensive background in logistics operations and commercial management. They will have a deep understanding of customer management and wider business planning processes. Food experience is desirable but not essential.
