A specialist operations management consultancy which were embarking on a period of rapid growth, which involved bringing in a change/transformation specialist to broaden their operational offering.
This position was newly created in their structure to collaborate directly with the Managing Partner, to lead the creation of a new Change Management & Transformation business unit. There would be a mixture of delivery, sales and internal consulting, leveraging the company’s strong market presence to grow in new areas
A commercially astute individual who is likely operating at Director/Associate Partner level in a reputable management consultancy. Change & Transformation subject matter expert, who has vast experience leading complex programmes for a blue-chip client base. Possess an ability to identify opportunities to drive business growth, ultimately selling work to an established and new network of contacts.
