You will work as part of a team on acquisition financings and leveraged buy-outs, refinancing’s as well as debt advisory, capital structure and liability management assignments, involving various financing products, such as loans and high yield bonds, serving corporate clients, financial sponsor clients and government entities.
As an experienced advisor the successful candidate will demonstrate good business acumen and a proven track record in developing clients relationships. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting an outstanding network of relationships with corporate and institutional clients with the upmost professionalism. You’ll bring to the team extensive experience identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing clients, while exploring new business opportunities in the wider market.
