Detailed Job Information: Head Of Finance
Our client is a VC backed market leading international manufacturer who is looking for a Head Of Finance. This is a proggressive career move managing a sizable team and supporting commercial decision making in a dynamic business.
Reporting directly into the board you will be responsible for the management and development of a large finance function. The key aspects of the role encompass responsibility for statutory and management reporting, continuing delivery of process and systems improvements, provision of business support to operational directors and managing relationships with external advisors.
You will be a Qualified Accountant that can be relied on to run an effective finance function with good controls and procedures. A confident manager of people, you will be able to influence and challenge non financial management and be able to drive through initiatives that will improve business performance. Manufacturing / costing experience is desirable but not essential.
This opportunity offers clear progression to Finance Director for the right person.
