A career management meeting is not an interview and will not necessarily result in you looking for a new role or employer.  We believe it is important to appraise and expand your skill-set to enable you to effectively achieve your longer term goals.  Diversifying and expanding your skill set is often more easily achieved with your current employer, where hopefully you are a proven and valuable asset.
